Mneh. Describe self in limited space. Bit of a bugger as I'm not entirely sure about me. In any case, I enjoy slash, I am more than a bit of a fangirl, I am probably going to use this thing for posting fics/ranting/rambling but mainly for joining stuff. I skulk online, though not as much as a friend of mine does. I ramble. I get philosophical at two am, and I always love talking to people. Hell. I love people in general. I am mostly open-minded and I think I might be a spot of the insane genius type. But that's just my own vaguely narcissistic opinion. I am also a grammar snob when I read and I have to be addicted to something, although it is always in the music/movies/books/fanfiction area and never drugs or that sort. I have meticulously high double standards and whilst I am not a klepto I generally find it easy to get my hands on items.

My beta loves me dearly and she never gets any of my stuff back when I want it. But I love her anyway. <3

I like watching people on metros and highways. I like when people smile/watch back. I like people in general, but I think I already said that. I am forgetful and somewhat messy and I am a polyamorous 3 on the Kinsey scale (and had to explain the scale to dozens of people). I believe in a combination of fate and free will and I am maddeningly superstitious but not terribly religious. I like reading other people's profiles and hearing gossip about people that I can't possibly know. At heart I am a nosy, curtain-twitching, gossip-mongering, relentlessly scandal-chasing old biddy as well as about eight years old and freshly eighteen. I love my friends. My dream job would be fiddling with engines on a smuggler spaceship, like in sci-fi books. I can be a hopeless romantic on occasion and I firmly believe that writers know how the world really works, that life and art mirror something in the middle, and that hugs are lovely. I am extremely affectionate and think it amusing that so many fanfiction authors address their readers as 'dears' or 'darlings' or similar.

I love to talk and I love to listen to people talk. I love it when people talk to me. I like interesting people and I have some very interesting theories about the relation of the mind to everything else. I enjoy human contact, especially in the wee hours of the morning, and I have named my computer Kevin and he is a very good boy.

Yes, well. The thing does say that I can put whatever I want in here. Talk to me in the early hours and I shall listen. Or tell you more. Whichever you prefer, really.

I like smiley faces. Not like stickers, but physically written down, like graffiti or what-have-you. It means that some person was in a good mood and had the security, leisure, and motivation to indicate their good mood. It is a human connection and I live for human connection.
